WomenINvestEU 2nd Networking Event

Join us for the 2^nd WomenINvestEU Networking Event, taking place online on 27 June, from 12:00 to 13:00 (CEST). This session will provide an open space to network and engage in meaningful discussions on the importance of increasing the presence of women in leadership positions within the investment sector, going beyond established patterns and statistics.

WomenINvestEU invites its network members and gender-conscious investors to come together on 27 June, at lunch time, to share insights, and exchange best practices on promoting women in leadership roles in investment.

About the event

The event will feature a keynote speech by Gurpreet Manku (Level 20), who will present Level 20’s latest reports: European report on Diversity and Women in Leadership (2024), and Diversity in UK Private Equity and Venture Capital (2025) – [best practice example for discussion and EU comparison].

Building on the keynote, a roundtable discussion will explore key questions, including how such data and insights can be transferred to other EU regions, how the topic can be addressed from the perspectives of Angel Investment and Venture Capital, and what collective actions we, as a network, can take to actively drive this change. This discussion will be moderated by Jenny Tooth, chair of the European Network of Gender Conscious Investors.

About the WomenINvestEU Networking Events 

WomenINvestEU Networking events will be in person (at high-level conferences and events) and online - during lunch time.

The online networking events usually have a 1-hour duration aiming to bring together network members and investors interested in gender-conscious investments. The objectives of such events are twofold:

• To provide up-to-date insights into the state-of-the-art across key topics identified by network members.
• To facilitate engaging discussions on selected key topics to deepen collective understanding and spark new collaborative opportunities.
