Women in Defence Panel at the European Defence Week

Join us in Paris on 29 October, 17h00-18h30 (CET), for an engaging panel and networking session on the role of Women in Defence. This session will be a part of EuroQuity-Bpifrance’s European Defence Week, a new forum to explore the future of Europe’s strategic defence and security capabilities.

The Women in Defence panel will feature women leaders, innovators and investors shaping the future of the sector. In alignment with the EU’s commitment to integrate gender perspectives into security, conflict prevention and resolution, the conversation will spotlight the unique contributions and skillsets that women bring to defence innovation, investment and policy making – fields in which they are still underrepresented.

By sharing success stories, best practises and strategies, the panel aims to empower and inspire a new generation of women to pursue leadership roles in the European defence ecosystem and create a more gender-balanced space.
