Drawing on our compilation of case studies, this session will introduce you to the strategic and practical approaches Angels, VCs and Banking organisations are already taking to increase investment into women founders and feature first-hand accounts from the leaders impacting change in their own ecosystems.

This session will be of particular interest to you if you meet one or several of criteria below and are:
- A Venture Capital (VC) or Angel Investor;
- Working in a European Banking organisation;
- Representing a wider, gender-conscious initiative;
- Considering investing with a gender-conscious* approach;
- Interested in learning more about the gender-conscious investment ecosystem in Europe.
*Gender-conscious (also called gender-smart or gender-lens) investing is an investment approach that takes gender-based factors into account. These investors consciously back women-led startups or projects that advance gender equity, aiming to close the existing financing gap for women-led startups.
